Arteche

Arteche is an industrial company with more than 2,700 employees, specializing in electrical solutions for the energy sector. With a presence in over 175 countries and multiple production plants, its activity requires constant, multilingual, and highly visual training to ensure the safety and operational efficiency of its teams. Its internal communication processes were complex, decentralized, and difficult to scale.

Challenge

The EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) department needed to unify its training processes, especially in sensitive areas such as occupational risk prevention. Until then, communications were based on PowerPoints sent to each plant, where they were adapted and translated for the specific team, losing much of the message's consistency. There was no cohesive narrative, and the materials lacked visual appeal and were difficult to update.

Furthermore, given its international expansion, the company had to adapt content into multiple languages without depending on external agencies or increasing production costs. To achieve this, modernizing the format of these communications was essential.

Solution

With Vidext, Arteche implemented a system to convert its documents and presentations into interactive videos aligned with its brand identity. With the help of AI, they moved from classic training systems to more engaging, visual, and easy-to-consume content for any employee.

The company was able to verify these improvements firsthand thanks to the tool's interactive features, which allow measuring the effectiveness of each communication; adding quiz-style questions to videos and presentations to ensure the level of understanding and retention among employees.

Additionally, they were able to translate all their communications into eight languages in a matter of minutes, adapting the content for all their production plants.

In short, Vidext provided them with a visual, scalable, and cost-effective solution to keep their training up-to-date and accessible for the entire workforce.
