This Legal Notice regulates the access, browsing and use of the website https://www.vidext.io (hereinafter, the "Website"), owned by VIDEXT, without prejudice to VIDEXT's right to modify the presentation, configuration and contents of the Website, as well as the conditions required for its access and use.

Access to and use of the Website confer the status of "User" and entail full and unreserved acceptance of this Legal Notice, as well as of the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy and, where applicable, the Terms and Conditions applicable to the Services that may be contracted through the Website. VIDEXT is a commercial company whose main activity consists of providing technological services based on artificial intelligence, in particular, the generation of audiovisual presentations through AI, as well as related services and functionalities through the so-called "VIDEXT Platform".

The specific conditions governing the contracting and use of the Services of the Platform are set out in the applicable Terms and Conditions, accessible from the Website itself.

4. Conditions of use of the Website

The User agrees to make an appropriate, diligent and lawful use of the Website and the contents included therein, in accordance with applicable law, this Legal Notice, good practices and public order. In particular, the User agrees to:

• Not to use the Website for unlawful purposes or effects, harmful to the rights and interests of third parties, or that in any way may damage, disable, overload, deteriorate or prevent the normal use of the Website.
• Not to introduce or disseminate content or propaganda of a racist, xenophobic, pornographic nature, in praise of terrorism or that violates human rights.
