AIMPLAS, the Plastics Technology Centre, is a European benchmark institution based in Valencia. Its mission is to drive innovation in the plastics sector through R&D and specialized training. With a wide international training offering, AIMPLAS trains professionals from many countries and industrial sectors every year.  

Challenge

The training team operated via webinars supported by PowerPoint presentations. While the content was solid, the format was lengthy and not very accessible for addressing specific employee questions.

Additionally, the company needed to translate all communications into eight different languages. That meant adapting over 900 training materials into a more visual format and their respective languages—without sacrificing quality or overloading the team.

Delivering this content at scale, in video, and without technical complications was key to maintaining their position as a leader in training for the sector and reaching international audiences with speed and consistency.
