Vidext announces €6 million Series A funding round

Today I want to share a milestone that marks a before and after for us at Vidext. We have closed a Series A funding round of €6 million, led by Flashpoint, an international technology investment firm with over $500 million in assets under management and an impressive track record supporting global companies such as Shazam, Chess.com, and Guesty. In addition, we have received backing from HWK, 4Founders Capital, Sabadell Venture Capital, and DraperB1, a top-tier investor syndicate who trust our vision.
This milestone positions us as one of the best-prepared companies to lead the global market for AI-powered business automation, a rapidly expanding sector already moving billions.
When we founded Vidext in 2022, we had so with a clear vision: to automate business processes through content powered by AI. Today, with Vidext’s technology, presentations are no longer just slides—they become the engine that drives how organizations work and scale. We have drastically reduced the time required to create corporate content, enabling companies to generate in minutes interactive and personalized experiences that capture real-time data, automatically integrate it into their systems, and turn it into strategic decisions. This way, we eliminate repetitive tasks, accelerate workflows, and ensure that every action brings real value to the business.
Now, with this financial backing, we will focus on two major goals:
The launch of Vidext Boost, our new product. We are working on an AI-powered solution specifically designed for marketing and sales teams. Its mission will be to shorten sales cycles and help teams scale. If you want to learn more, don’t miss the launch on September 25th.
International expansion: in the upcoming months we will open operations in the United Kingdom, and by 2026 we will be ready to enter the United States. Our goal is clear: to make Vidext a global benchmark in business automation through AI.
In just three years we have proven that from Valencia it is possible to build a technology company with international impact. With the support of investors who share our vision and believe in our team, we are now ready to take the next big step.
