AI marks the path for corporate communication

Let’s be honest — internal communication is still an area for improvement in most companies that, for one reason or another, haven’t yet given this department the importance it deserves. The result? Something many of us have experienced throughout our professional careers: endless email threads, outdated presentations, duplicated documents, and so on. These obsolete and inefficient processes increase friction between departments and eventually wear down the team.

At Vidext, we’ve always believed that communication isn’t just about sharing information, but about connecting people, and that connection starts from within. That’s why, years ago, we decided to develop our own artificial intelligence tool to improve these processes and establish new communication dynamics based on intelligent content.

What is intelligent content?

We understand intelligent content as all those materials that not only inform, but also evolve alongside people and the company. At Vidext, we apply this technology not only to communicate but also to train and align teams, since every message — internal or external — builds brand and helps define who we are. That’s why we believe it’s necessary to replace static messages with living, easily updatable content capable of adapting to the fast-paced reality of businesses.

Why do we use it?

Let’s be honest — at Vidext, we use Vidext, and we use it all the time. Thanks to it, we centralize our training programs, onboardings, sales playbook, product updates, internal announcements… we even have our own weekly video newsletter, which has become one of the team’s favorite moments. No exaggeration — every Friday, we grab popcorn.

But above all, we use it because intelligent content generates far more engagement than, for example, reading this article. We know this because we can measure it: these materials include interactive mechanisms that allow us to see, among other things, who consumes each piece of content and for how long. Thanks to this, we’ve achieved greater alignment, stronger cohesion, and a more solid brand image. The team understands the “why” behind every project — and that makes everything easier.

The possibilities of intelligent content are endless, and many are yet to be discovered. In fact, this technology is playing a key role in Vidext’s international growth, as it allows us to translate, dub, and adapt any piece of content in just minutes. Without that capability, this process would be much more complex.

How to apply intelligent content to your company

If we understand intelligent content as easy to consume, it must also be easy to create. Our technology is designed to work for you — but that doesn’t mean it will replace you; it simply takes care of the technical part. You’re still the one deciding what gets communicated.

With Vidext, you can create corporate materials from scratch or transform the ones you already have (PDFs, PPTs, etc.) into intelligent content. The tool should adapt to you — not the other way around. Just type what you want to create or upload an existing file, and AI does the rest. Then, you can edit anything you need so that the result fits your brand and message perfectly.

Think about your company — the content you send and consume daily — and imagine everything you could do with it. Better communication is possible through intelligent content. Companies know this, which is why even the largest ones are already moving toward it.

Because when information flows naturally, so do companies.
