Why having your company’s knowledge in video will be your competitive advantage
One of the data points that best explains the real impact of artificial intelligence on our society is that Netflix took three and a half years to reach its first million users, while ChatGPT achieved it in just five days.
That we’ve become accustomed to immediate answers, contextualized solutions, and information that appears exactly when we need it. And I’m not talking about Instagram’s algorithm: I** mean that we no longer want to waste time searching for the right document, nor reviewing versions that become obsolete** in a matter of months, weeks, or even days. We also don’t want long, rigid, boring training processes.
We want clear, accessible, easy-to-consume information. We want to learn fast and, if possible, apply it even faster. Because we live in the era of hyper-productivity, multitasking, and overexposure. This paradigm shift forces companies to step up if they don’t want to fall behind, if they don’t want to lose talent. It requires them to find new ways to communicate, to inform, and above all, to train their teams.
When we created Vidext in 2022, we knew that reinventing internal communication and corporate training was an ambitious challenge. Our goal has always been to go one step further: to become the reference platform for creating corporate content. Training employees on internal processes, tools, or key knowledge shouldn’t be a boring task or a mere formality. Instead, it should be the starting point for building aligned, motivated, and truly competitive teams.
