Challenge

The EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) department needed to unify their training processes, especially in sensitive areas such as occupational risk prevention. Until then, communications were based on PowerPoints sent to each plant, where they were adapted and translated for the local team, losing much of the message’s consistency. There was no cohesive narrative, and the materials were not very visual and hard to update.
