Arteche is an industrial company with over 2,700 employees, specializing in electrical solutions for the energy sector. With a presence in more than 175 countries and multiple production plants, their operations require constant, multilingual, and highly visual training to ensure team safety and operational efficiency. Their internal communications were complex, decentralized, and hard to scale.
The EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) department needed to unify their training processes, especially in sensitive areas such as occupational risk prevention. Until then, communications were based on PowerPoints sent to each plant, where they were adapted and translated for the local team, losing much of the message’s consistency. There was no cohesive narrative, and the materials were not very visual and hard to update.
Also, given their international expansion, they needed to adapt content to multiple languages without relying on external agencies or increasing production costs. It was essential to modernize the format of those communications.
With Vidext, Arteche implemented a system to convert their documents and presentations into interactive videos aligned with their brand identity. With the help of AI, they moved from classic training systems to more engaging, visual, and accessible content for all employees.
The company witnessed these improvements firsthand thanks to the tool's interactive features, which measure the effectiveness of each communication by adding quiz-style questions to videos and presentations to check employees' understanding and retention.
They also managed to translate all communications into eight languages within minutes, adapting the content to all their production plants.
In short, Vidext offered them a visual, scalable, and cost-effective solution to keep training materials updated and accessible to their entire workforce.
