What is a sales network and why is training it different?

A sales network is a company's distributed commercial structure: own branches, remote reps, agents and, in many cases, distributors or partners who aren't direct employees. Training it is different because you can't gather everyone in one room: the content has to be self-serve, consistent across the whole network, and arrive at the moment each person needs it.
